Youth Creative Dance Academy (YCDA) is Co-Founded by Tiara Coles and CaRhee Watts; both serving as Directors.

Tiara Coles (Coach T), began dancing at the age of 5, cheering at the age of 6 and has not stopped! She has been on teams such as Sandston Recreation, Fairfield Middle School, Highland Springs High School, and Virginia Union University Cheer Teams. Tiara was the Co-Directress/Choreographer of the Praises in Motion Praise Dance Team at Good Shepherd Baptist Church (Richmond) and a semi-pro cheerleader/dancer for Richmond Elite ABA Basketball Team. Tiara has been the cheerleading coach for Varina Recreation (Juniors Division) for two years and the cheerleading coach for Big East Youth Basketball (Juniors Division) for one year. Currently, Tiara is a member of Synergy Dance Team of Petersburg, VA. Tiara has a wealth of knowledge and experience and she's very excited to add YCDA to her resume and begin this new journey!

CaRhee Watts (Coach Rhee), has been dancing since she was born. Her mother enrolled her into Traylor Dance Academy at the age of 2 and she has been dancing ever since. Throughout the years, CaRhee has danced at her church, Saint Paul’s Baptist Church, and while she was there she was a member of the Imani Step Team and also the Hip-Hop Gospel group the B.O.M.B.S.Q.U.A.D. In college, CaRhee discovered semi-pro teams in the City of Richmond where she danced with the Richmond Hornets football team and the Richmond Elite ABA Basketball team. CaRhee is currently a member (and Captain) of the Rider Girls; Semi Pro Dance Team of the Richmond Roughriders. CaRhee has always wanted a dance team of her own and she's SUPER EXCITED to have her dance sister and you lovely young ladies a part of this journey!
